Guy. Who is he?

What has he done? How can he help?

Guy is…

A leader driven by availability, integrity, and security—thriving in team environments where brainstorming and collaboration are valued as the keys to success. He believes that the most complex technical problems are solved through strong relationships as much as through engineering itself.

What has he done?

To Guy, full‑system architecture is more than a buzzword. Over time, many powerful ideas in our industry have been reduced to platitudes—repeated so often by people who don’t truly believe or live them that they become slogans instead of standards. Guy refuses to let that happen. When he says full‑system architecture, he means it: blue‑sky vision carried all the way through to the end‑user or guest experience, with every endpoint and integration accounted for—systems, software, hardware, cloud services, power, HVAC, dependencies, redundancies, and the human interface that ties them together. With that holistic approach, he takes concepts from early design through launch and into ongoing support, ensuring they perform seamlessly in the real world.

Across flagship Disney and Universal portfolios, Guy has delivered operational excellence by uniting the vision of creative teams, the focus of engineering teams, the skills of construction trades, and the goals of clients and guests to bring ambitious projects to life. He has maximized guest satisfaction through proactive maintenance strategies, vendor partnerships, and strict compliance with OSHA, ASTM, and organizational standards.

How can he help?

Guy bridges creative vision with safety, regulatory requirements, and operational realities. He ensures attractions and facilities don’t just open on time—they stay reliable, efficient, and cost‑effective long after opening day. Beyond immediate results, Guy is passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers and operators, accelerating their success by openly sharing both his wins and his lessons learned. His skills can help an organization succeed today—whether as a leader or an individual contributor—but …

Investing in people is how an organization soars beyond its current vision and into the future.
